Cancellation Policy

Waxing appointment cancellation and no-show policy. At True Essence Spa, we value your business and strive to provide you with the best possible waxing services. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we kindly request your adherence to the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: * Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your waxing appointment. * You can cancel or reschedule by calling or texting (301) 388-6161 or through our online booking system. 2. Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: * Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost. * We understand that emergencies happen, and we may waive this fee at our discretion in such situations. Please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss your specific circumstance. 3. No-Shows: * Failing to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notification (a no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. * Clients who repeatedly no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be unable to book future services with us. 4. Late Arrivals: * We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide the full service as scheduled. * We allow a 10 minute grace period for unforeseen delays. * If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please contact us immediately to see if we can still accommodate you. Your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and late arrival may be treated as a last-minute cancellation, incurring the applicable fee. 5. Booking Deposit: * A small deposit for all services is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit price may vary depending on service price. * This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. 6. Our Commitment to You: * In rare instances where we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will do our best to find an alternative time that works for you and offer a discount on your rescheduled service as a gesture of apology and thanks for your understanding.
